I don’t like the term “New Year’s Resolution.” I mean, it’s like setting yourself up to fail. Calling it a resolution makes it so…well, resolute. I like things a little more easy going….. So I shall call them goals.
By the end of 2012, I want to be able to say that….
I made a Quilt.… including quilting it by hand and everything.
I read a book to Milo every Day.
I ate one raw thing per day. Don’t judge me. I eat a lot of veggies, just not raw ones.
I visited 3 (or more) other countries. Plans are already in the works for a trip soon.
Aside from make-up, everything I put on my body is edible/organic. This is something I have already been working on, but still have a few things to cross over.
I read 12 Books. That may seem like a meager goal, but I just want to have fun with my goals.
I use all homemade Cleaners and Detergents. I am loving the all purpose cleaner I made.
I read my bible every day. I’m ashamed to admit that I don’t do this now…. and I really want to….. in my head…..but day to day it gets bumped to the bottom of my list.
So that’s really it. Sorry if it was anticlimactic 🙂 Onto the Family Photos….
Here is me playing tour guide… I really could have used a bright umbrella so they could spot me in the crowd.
Here is the royal pavillion in brighton
THen we hit the buckingham palace for the changing of the guard. We didn’t really see much because these
really smart people losers got here really early to get a good spot.
Off to West Minster abbey….
